Our Return/Cancelation and Shipment Policies

  • Office Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30AM – 5PM Office will be closed during public holidays. 
  • Shipment  is via FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post. Standard Delivery is within 2-10 days depending your location. You will be provided with a tracking code and ones the order is processed and you can also track your order on your own.
  • Acceptance & Cancellation of Your order: Your order may get cancelled in case any item is out of stock and your payment will get refunded automatically to the same account selected by you at the time of payment. We will not responsible for any additional charges charged by our Payment Processor.
  • Bulk orders and Custom Orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
  • Shipment date is provided to you on your Performa Invoice along with estimated time of Delivery. We ship items and which does not include Freight Insurance.
  • Due to the Pandemic situation delivery of your order may take longer than usual.
  • No Exchange/Refund unless you have received a wrong or damaged item. Confirmed verifiable proof required to process such returns. We will not be responsible for goods sent back by you that were lost or damaged in transit for returns and exchange.
  • If You wish to cancel your order you have to do it not later than one business day and your payment will be refunded to your account.

Taxes

All Purchases made in Canada by Customers are subject to HST @ 13%.

Import Duty/Tariff

The product pricing offered does not include Customs, Brokerage & Import Duty and Logistic,Final pricing will depend upon port of Delivery.
